If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days after receipt. To start a return procedure, fill out the return form that accompanies your invoice (or contact us via the »contact form«) with your order number, your personal details and the possible reason for return.

After confirmation you can return the products to:

Once the products are checked and when they meet the return conditions, we will refund to you via your original payment method.

If you want to exchange an item you simply return the item and order the product that you want in the shop.

Terms and conditions for returns:
• Only products purchased in our webshop can be returned.
• The product must be returned undamaged, unworn / unused and in the original packaging, with the label and label still attached to the product.
• Once your order has been delivered, you have 14 days to start the return procedure. After this period it is no longer possible to return the product.
• The cost and risk of returning is fully borne by the buyer.
• As soon as we have received the return to our office, you will be notified by mail. After receiving and confirming your return, the corresponding amount will be refunded within 14 days, provided that the product meets all conditions listed above.
• If the return is returned to us with insufficient postage, the extra amount of the refund will be deducted.
• All returns that are sent outside the return period will not be accepted.
