Care

As with a pair of shoes, it is advisable to protect the leather against moisture and dirt. With coloured leather you do this by greasing the product with a water-based wash emulsion. The uncoloured backpack is protected by greasing or oiling the leather. Designated products are paraffin oil, glycerine soap or saddle fat.

Due to the manufacturing process the leather can give off some color or smell in the beginning. This will decrease with time and usage. You can accelerate this process by cleaning the leather from time to time with a damp cloth and then treating it against moisture and dirt.
